The Oversight Group LLC (Nevada) is owned by J. Ben Vernazza CPA/PFS, TEP (UK) and Liz L. Flores CPA/PFS, TEP (UK) and managed by Liz L. Flores.

This company provides International Tax Compliance services along with affiliated professionals.

Mr. Vernazza is a CPA, an Accredited Personal Financial Specialist by the American Institute of CPAs, a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner in the United Kingdom, and is a Registered Investment Adviser with the State of California. He has published many articles and given many presentations on Asset Protection, The Role of the Protector, Investment Policy Statements for Retirement Plans and Investment Tax Strategies. Mr. Vernazza is past chairman of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) International Tax Reporting Requirements Task Force.  He is a past member of the AICPA Investment Committee providing oversight of the AICPAs’ assets and employee pension plans, a past member of the AICPA International Taxation Technical Resource Panel, and the AICPA International Tax Subcommittee, and the AICPA Member Service Committee. 

Mr. Vernazza received the Private Sector Initiative Commendation from President Ronald Reagan in 1984. 

Mr. Vernazza is located in Aptos, California. 

Ms. Flores is a CPA, an Accredited Personal Financial Specialist by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner in the United Kingdom, and a Registered Investment Adviser with the State of California.

Ms. Flores is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the California CPA Society, and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She is a member of the California CPA Society’s Personal Financial Planning Committee. She served as a board member on the AICPA’s Personal Financial Planning Executive Committee. She served as a board member on the California CPA Society’s, Silicon Valley/San Jose Chapter, and was past chair of the Personal Financial Planning Committee for the Chapter. She has published articles about Investment Fiduciaries and Trustee Fiduciaries in the California CPA Journal and the United Kingdom Journal of Trusts and Trustees.
